What do we need to create an architectural animation?
1)3D Model of Your House:
- If you already have a 3D model of your project in any common format (e.g., SKP, RVT, DWG, 3DM, or FBX), please share it with us.
- If you don’t have a 3D model, you can place an order with us here.
2) Confirmation of Interior/Exterior Details:
- We’ll need to create preliminary renders for you to review and confirm the details of your interior and exterior design.
- Please note that our animation service is for architectural presentation, not design. If you’re unsure about the differences between presentation and design services, click here.
- To ensure accuracy, all details—such as materials, furniture, colors, etc.—must be confirmed before we proceed with the animation. We’ll provide animations only for the rooms that have been rendered and approved in advance.
How is pricing determined?
- The price is based on the duration of the architectural animation, at a rate of $225 per minute.
How long does it usually take to create an architectural animation?
The timeframe depends on the total video duration, but once the project details are confirmed with exterior and interior renders, it typically takes up to 5 days to produce the video.
How many revisions do we have for this service?
You have one free revision per video; starting from the second revision, a fee of $95 per minute will apply.
