- Charges start from 20$ – 125$ for houses under 400 sqft/40m – 5000 sqft / 450m

- We need your Lot dimensions.
- A wish list of what rooms you want to have on your property.
- Any inspirational photos or sketches would be helpful to start the projects.

- The prices are based on the total area of the Building.
- We have five default sizes for plans that you can order instantly, and for more than 5000 Sqft (about 450 SqM), please get in touch with us directly on chat.
How long does it take to design a floor plan usually?
- It will be based on the total area of the design, but usually, it takes up to 10 days.
How many revisions do we have for designing the Floor plan?
- The revision for the Floorplan design service is Unlimited.
