Welcome to Kerpoo Studio. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our online architectural services, you agree to the terms described below.

Kerpoo Studio provides custom online architectural services, including Floor Plan Design, Architectural 3D Exterior Modeling, 3D Exterior Rendering, 3D Interior Rendering, Architectural Animation, 3D Architectural Walkthrough (360° Rendering), Architectural Technical Drawings, Architectural Virtual Tour, and Furniture Shopping List services.

These Terms of Service apply only to orders placed directly through the Kerpoo Studio website and Shopify checkout. Orders, communication, or payments made through third-party platforms, such as Upwork or other external services, may be subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms.

1. Online and Digital Services

Kerpoo Studio provides digital architectural services only. No physical products are shipped.

Project files, previews, final outputs, drawings, renders, videos, links, or other deliverables may be provided through email, download links, Google Drive, WhatsApp, or another agreed digital delivery method.

2. Before Placing an Order

Because architectural projects can vary greatly in size, complexity, scope, details, and required deliverables, we strongly recommend contacting us through WhatsApp before placing an order on the website.

This helps us review your project requirements, confirm the correct service, estimate the scope, and make sure the selected order matches your actual needs.

If a client places an order without prior consultation and the selected service does not match the project requirements, Kerpoo Studio may cancel the order and issue a refund within the required review period, where applicable.

3. Project Requirements

The client is responsible for providing clear, complete, and accurate project information before the project begins.

This may include drawings, measurements, photos, sketches, reference images, style preferences, site information, material preferences, required views, project goals, and any other details needed for the selected service.

If the provided information is incomplete, unclear, inaccurate, conflicting, or changed after the project has started, the project timeline, scope, cost, or final result may be affected.

Kerpoo Studio is not responsible for delays or misunderstandings caused by missing information, late feedback, or unclear requirements from the client.

4. Scope of Work

Each order includes only the service, deliverables, and scope stated on the related service page or agreed before the project begins.

Any request for additional spaces, new views, new drawings, new renders, new animation scenes, new walkthrough areas, major layout changes, new design directions, or extra deliverables outside the original agreement may be considered additional work and may require an extra fee.

5. Revisions

Revisions are part of our normal workflow and are handled based on the selected service and the revision terms stated on the related service page or agreed before the project begins.

Revision requests must be clear, specific, and related to the original project scope.

A revision does not include a completely new design direction, a new project scope, new spaces, new deliverables, or major changes that were not part of the original agreement.

If additional revisions or extra work are requested after the included revision process, additional fees may apply.

6. Delivery Time

Kerpoo Studio always works to complete projects in the fastest possible reasonable timeframe without compromising quality.

However, delivery times are not fixed and may vary depending on the selected service, project size, level of detail, project complexity, revision requests, client feedback time, missing documents, and changes in project scope.

Any estimated timeline shared before or during the project is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline, unless specifically agreed in writing.

7. Payments

Payment must be completed before the project starts unless otherwise agreed.

For website orders, prices are shown on the related service pages and checkout. For custom, large, or more complex projects, a custom quote may be provided after reviewing the project requirements.

Depending on the project scope, Kerpoo Studio may agree to divide the project into milestones. In this case, the client does not need to pay the full project amount at once. However, payment for each milestone must be completed before work on that specific milestone begins.

Each milestone may include a clearly defined stage, service, deliverable, or project phase. Work will only begin on a milestone after its related upfront payment has been confirmed.

Additional work, extra revisions, scope changes, new design directions, or new deliverables outside the agreed milestone or original order may require additional payment before that work begins.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund Policy.

A full refund may be considered if the client provided clear and complete requirements, clearly explained the requested revisions, the requested revisions were within the original project scope, and Kerpoo Studio failed to properly apply the agreed revision requests after the included revision process.

If an order is placed through the website but the selected service does not match the client’s actual project requirements, Kerpoo Studio may cancel the order and issue a refund where applicable.

9. Final Files and Source Files

After full payment is completed, Kerpoo Studio can provide the final files and available project files requested by the client, based on the service type and project agreement.

Some source files may depend on the software used, project structure, file size, licensing limitations, third-party assets, or technical delivery conditions.

If specific source files are required, the client should mention this before or during the project so the delivery requirements can be confirmed clearly.

10. Technical Drawings

Architectural Technical Drawings provided by Kerpoo Studio are intended for preliminary review, design coordination, and initial submission or review purposes where applicable.

These drawings must be reviewed, approved, adjusted, and signed by a licensed local architect, engineer, or qualified professional according to the rules, codes, and regulations of the project location.

Kerpoo Studio does not replace local licensed professionals and is not responsible for final permit approval, local code compliance, structural approval, engineering approval, or municipality decisions.

11. Furniture Shopping List

The Furniture Shopping List service provides product suggestions, references, and item information based on the project design and available online sources.

Kerpoo Studio does not sell, ship, store, or guarantee the furniture or products listed in the shopping list.

Product prices, availability, color, dimensions, shipping conditions, seller policies, and delivery times may change and are controlled by the original sellers or stores, not Kerpoo Studio.

The client is responsible for reviewing and purchasing any selected items directly from the relevant seller.

12. Client Approval

When a client approves a design direction, preview, revision, or final result, Kerpoo Studio may proceed to the next stage of the project based on that approval.

Changes requested after approval may be considered additional work, especially if they require redesign, remodeling, rerendering, reanimation, or preparing new files.

13. Portfolio and Marketing Use

Unless otherwise agreed before the project begins, Kerpoo Studio may use completed project images, renders, animations, walkthrough previews, drawings, or selected visual materials for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.

If a project must remain private or confidential, the client must inform Kerpoo Studio before the project starts.

14. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

After full payment is completed, the client receives the right to use the final delivered files for their own project, presentation, marketing, construction coordination, or related project purposes.

Kerpoo Studio may retain the right to use non-confidential project visuals for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless a separate confidentiality agreement has been made.

The client may not resell, redistribute, or claim Kerpoo Studio’s work as a separate service provider’s original work without written permission.

15. Communication

Project communication may take place through the website, email, WhatsApp, or another agreed communication method.

To avoid misunderstandings, important decisions, project requirements, revision requests, approvals, and scope changes should be clearly communicated in writing.

16. Limitation of Responsibility

Kerpoo Studio provides professional online architectural design and visualization services based on the information provided by the client.

The client is responsible for verifying all dimensions, technical requirements, local building codes, execution details, product selections, and final construction decisions with local professionals before implementation.

Kerpoo Studio is not responsible for construction errors, local approval issues, third-party contractor decisions, product purchase problems, or changes made after final delivery.

17. Changes to These Terms

Kerpoo Studio may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page.

By continuing to use our website or services after changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms.
