Distance Sales Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement is made between Kerpoo Studio as the service provider and the customer placing an order through the Kerpoo Studio website.
By placing an order through our website and completing the checkout process, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement, together with our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Digital Delivery & Return Conditions.

2. Customer Information
The customer is the person or legal entity who places an order through the Kerpoo Studio website.
Customer details, including name, email address, billing information, and order details, are collected during the checkout process and recorded in the order confirmation.
3. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement covers the sale and delivery of custom online architectural design and visualization services ordered through the Kerpoo Studio website.
Kerpoo Studio provides digital services, including:
- Floor Plan Design
- Architectural 3D Exterior Modeling
- 3D Exterior Rendering
- 3D Interior Rendering
- Architectural Animation
- 3D Architectural Walkthrough / 360° Rendering
- Architectural Technical Drawings
- Architectural Virtual Tour
- Furniture Shopping List
The exact service, quantity, price, and selected options are shown on the product/service page, cart, checkout page, and order confirmation.
4. Nature of the Services
Kerpoo Studio provides custom digital services created specifically based on the customer’s project requirements, documents, references, measurements, design preferences, and selected service.
No physical products are sold or shipped.
Final files, previews, drawings, renders, videos, links, project files, or other digital deliverables may be delivered through email, Google Drive, download links, WhatsApp, or another agreed digital delivery method.
5. Before Placing an Order
Because architectural projects can vary greatly in size, complexity, scope, and required deliverables, Kerpoo Studio strongly recommends that customers contact us through WhatsApp before placing an order.
This helps us review the project requirements, confirm the correct service, clarify the scope, and make sure the selected order matches the customer’s actual needs.
If a customer places an order without prior consultation and the selected service does not match the actual project requirements, Kerpoo Studio may cancel the order and issue a refund where applicable.
6. Price and Payment
The price of the selected service is displayed on the related service page and during checkout.
Payment must be completed before the project starts unless otherwise agreed.
For larger, custom, or more complex projects, Kerpoo Studio may agree to divide the project into milestones. In this case, the customer does not need to pay the full project amount at once. However, payment for each milestone must be completed before work on that specific milestone begins.
Additional work, extra revisions, scope changes, new design directions, new views, new spaces, new drawings, new animation scenes, new walkthrough areas, or extra deliverables outside the original agreement may require additional payment.
7. Project Requirements
The customer is responsible for providing clear, complete, and accurate project information before the project begins.
This may include drawings, measurements, photos, sketches, reference images, style preferences, site information, material preferences, required views, project goals, and any other information required for the selected service.
If the provided information is incomplete, unclear, inaccurate, conflicting, delayed, or changed after the project has started, the project timeline, cost, scope, or final result may be affected.
8. Delivery
Kerpoo Studio delivers all services digitally.
Delivery time depends on the selected service, project size, level of detail, complexity, required revisions, customer feedback time, missing documents, and any changes in project scope.
Kerpoo Studio always works to complete projects in the fastest possible reasonable timeframe without compromising quality. However, any timeline shared before or during the project is an estimate unless specifically confirmed in writing.
9. Revisions
Revisions are handled based on the selected service and the revision terms stated on the related service page or agreed before the project begins.
Revision requests must be clear, specific, and related to the original project scope.
A revision does not include a completely new design direction, a new project scope, new spaces, new views, new drawings, new animation scenes, new walkthrough areas, or new deliverables unless agreed separately.
10. Right of Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Refunds
Because Kerpoo Studio provides custom digital services prepared specifically for each customer, completed or approved digital deliverables cannot be returned like physical products.
Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy and Digital Delivery & Return Conditions.
If the project has not started and the order is not suitable for the customer’s actual requirements, cancellation and refund may be possible.
If the project has already started, refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the project scope, completed work, customer requirements, revision requests, and the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.
Nothing in this agreement limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
11. Technical Drawings
Architectural Technical Drawings provided by Kerpoo Studio are intended for preliminary review, design coordination, and initial submission or review purposes where applicable.
These drawings must be reviewed, approved, adjusted, and signed by a licensed local architect, engineer, or qualified professional according to the rules, codes, and regulations of the project location.
Kerpoo Studio does not replace local licensed professionals and is not responsible for final permit approval, local code compliance, structural approval, engineering approval, or municipality decisions.
12. Furniture Shopping List
The Furniture Shopping List service provides product suggestions, references, and item information based on the project design and available online sources.
Kerpoo Studio does not sell, ship, store, or guarantee the furniture or products listed in the shopping list.
Product prices, availability, color, dimensions, shipping conditions, seller policies, and delivery times may change and are controlled by the original sellers or stores, not Kerpoo Studio.
The customer is responsible for reviewing and purchasing any selected items directly from the relevant seller.
13. Final Files and Source Files
After full payment is completed, Kerpoo Studio can provide the final files and available project files requested by the customer, based on the service type and project agreement.
Some source files may depend on the software used, project structure, file size, licensing limitations, third-party assets, or technical delivery conditions.
If specific source files are required, the customer should mention this before or during the project so the delivery requirements can be confirmed clearly.
14. Portfolio and Marketing Use
Unless otherwise agreed before the project begins, Kerpoo Studio may use completed project images, renders, animations, walkthrough previews, drawings, or selected visual materials for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.
If a project must remain private or confidential, the customer must inform Kerpoo Studio before the project starts.
15. Communication
Project communication may take place through the website, email, WhatsApp, or another agreed communication method.
To avoid misunderstandings, important project requirements, revision requests, approvals, scope changes, and final confirmations should be communicated clearly in writing.
16. Agreement Confirmation
By placing an order through the Kerpoo Studio website and completing payment, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement.
This agreement becomes effective when the customer completes the order through the website checkout.
