Kerpoo Studio provides custom online architectural design and visualization services. All services are delivered digitally, and no physical products are shipped.
Our services include Floor Plan Design, Architectural 3D Exterior Modeling, 3D Exterior Rendering, 3D Interior Rendering, Architectural Animation, 3D Architectural Walkthrough (360° Rendering), Architectural Technical Drawings, Architectural Virtual Tour, and Furniture Shopping List services.
Digital Delivery Method
Final files, previews, project materials, drawings, renders, videos, links, or other deliverables may be delivered through email, download links, Google Drive, WhatsApp, or another agreed digital delivery method.
The delivery method may vary depending on the selected service, project size, file type, and technical requirements.
No Physical Shipping
Kerpoo Studio does not sell or ship physical products. Therefore, shipping fees, shipping carriers, physical tracking numbers, and postal delivery conditions do not apply to our services.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the selected service, project size, level of detail, project complexity, client feedback time, required revisions, missing documents, and any changes in project scope.
Kerpoo Studio always works to complete projects in the fastest possible reasonable timeframe without compromising quality. However, any timeline shared before or during the project should be considered an estimate unless specifically confirmed in writing.
Before Placing an Order
Because architectural projects can vary greatly in scope, details, and requirements, we strongly recommend contacting us through WhatsApp before placing an order on the website.
This allows us to review your project, confirm the correct service, clarify the scope, and make sure the selected order matches your actual needs.
If a client places an order through the website without prior consultation and the selected service does not match the project requirements, Kerpoo Studio may cancel the order and issue a refund within the required review period, where applicable.
Client Responsibilities
To start and complete the project properly, the client must provide clear and complete project information, such as drawings, measurements, photos, sketches, reference images, style preferences, site information, required views, project goals, and any other materials needed for the selected service.
If required information is missing, unclear, inaccurate, delayed, or changed after the project has started, the delivery timeline, cost, scope, or final result may be affected.
Revisions and Delivery Updates
Revisions are handled according to the selected service and the revision terms stated on the related service page or agreed before the project begins.
Revision requests must be clear, specific, and related to the original project scope. Requests for new spaces, new views, new drawings, new renders, new animation scenes, new walkthrough areas, or major design changes may be considered additional work and may require extra payment.
Returns
Since Kerpoo Studio provides custom digital services, completed digital work cannot be physically returned.
Once files, previews, renders, drawings, videos, links, or other digital deliverables have been created or delivered, they cannot be returned like physical products.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
If the project has not started and the order is not suitable for the client’s actual requirements, a cancellation and refund may be possible.
If the project has already started, refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the project scope, completed work, client requirements, revision requests, and the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.
Final Delivery
Final deliverables are prepared and delivered after project completion and payment confirmation.
For milestone-based projects, each milestone may be delivered after the related milestone payment has been completed and the agreed work for that milestone has been finalized.
