Refund policy
At Kerpoo Studio, we provide custom online architectural services, including Floor Plan Design, Architectural 3D Exterior Modeling, 3D Exterior Rendering, 3D Interior Rendering, Architectural Animation, 3D Architectural Walkthrough (360° Rendering), Architectural Technical Drawings, Architectural Virtual Tour, and Furniture Shopping List services.
Since each project is created specifically based on the client’s requirements, references, documents, selected service, and project goals, our refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and practical for both sides.
Project Requirements
Before starting a project, the client is responsible for providing clear and complete project requirements, including any available drawings, measurements, reference images, style preferences, explanations, project files, and other details needed for the selected service.
If the project requirements are incomplete, unclear, conflicting, or changed after the project has started, delays, additional costs, or changes in the project scope may apply.
Revisions
Revisions are part of our normal workflow and are handled based on the selected service and the revision terms stated on the related service page or agreed before the project begins.
To make the revision process fair and effective, revision requests must be clear, specific, and related to the original project scope. New design directions, major layout changes, new spaces, new views, new drawings, new animations, new walkthrough scenes, or requests outside the original agreement may be considered additional work and may require an extra fee.
Refund Eligibility
A full refund may be approved if all of the following conditions are met:
- The client provided clear and complete project requirements before the project started.
- The client clearly explained the requested revisions.
- The requested revisions were within the original project scope.
- After the included revision process, Kerpoo Studio failed to properly apply the agreed revision requests.
For services that include two free revisions, refund eligibility may be reviewed after the second revision if the agreed revision requests were not properly applied. For services with a different revision structure, such as unlimited revisions or one included revision, the revision terms stated on the related service page or project agreement will apply.
If a refund is approved under these conditions, Kerpoo Studio will refund the full amount paid to Kerpoo Studio for that order.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not be approved in the following cases:
- The client changes their mind after the project has started.
- The client provides unclear, incomplete, inaccurate, or conflicting requirements.
- The client requests a new design direction outside the original project scope.
- The client requests major changes after approving the direction or final result.
- The project delay is caused by missing files, late feedback, or incomplete information from the client.
- The client requests additional work, new views, new spaces, new drawings, new animation scenes, new walkthrough areas, or new deliverables that were not included in the original order.
- The final result follows the provided references, requirements, approved direction, and agreed project scope.
- The client requests a refund after final files have been approved and delivered.
Digital Service Delivery
Kerpoo Studio provides digital and online services only. No physical products are shipped or returned.
Final files may be delivered through email, download links, Google Drive, WhatsApp, or another agreed digital delivery method.
Because our services are custom-made digital work, completed and approved deliverables cannot be returned like physical products.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with your order details, project name, selected service, and a clear explanation of the issue.
We will review the project requirements, revision requests, delivered files, communication history, and the agreed project scope before making a final decision.
Refund requests are reviewed carefully and fairly based on the project scope, completed work, and the conditions explained in this policy.
