This project started with architectural plans that needed to become much easier to understand visually. The client had a large residential concept with indoor living spaces, outdoor areas, pool, pond, tennis court, cabana suite, and landscape elements, so the goal was to turn the drawings into a clear and polished visual direction.

The design had a strong estate feeling from the beginning: open grounds, palm trees, arched details, a wide driveway, and a home that needed to feel elegant without becoming too heavy. We reviewed the plans carefully and shaped the visuals around that atmosphere, so the final result could show not only the house itself, but the lifestyle around it.

As the project moved forward, we kept refining the presentation step by step. The exterior views helped the client understand the full presence of the property, while the interior visuals brought more warmth and comfort into the main living areas. Every important detail was reviewed with care, so the project could move closer to the client’s taste and feel ready for presentation.

The final result became a complete residential visualization with a bright Mediterranean character, giving the client a clearer sense of scale, mood, and how the full property would come together in real life.
