Project Story
This project began with a detailed architectural drawing set for a new single-family residence in Langley, Canada. The client had the technical side of the project prepared, but they needed a clearer way to understand how the home would actually feel once built — not just through floor plans and elevations, but through realistic exterior visuals.
At the start, the focus was on reading the drawings carefully and translating the structure into a clean 3D model. From there, the project slowly moved from flat construction documents into something more visual and easy to experience. The goal was to show the home’s scale, proportions, rooflines, outdoor presence, and overall character in a way that felt practical and believable.
As the visualization developed, the design became much easier to review. The client could see how the front, side, and rear views worked together, how the home would sit on the lot, and how the overall exterior style would come across in real life. This made the project feel less like a technical package and more like a complete home taking shape.
The final result gave the client a confident visual preview of the residence before construction — a polished exterior presentation that connected the technical drawings with the feeling of a real, finished family home.
